3. Orders & Payments

We accept prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders via GoKwik checkout.

COD availability may be restricted based on:

• Pincode serviceability
• Customer order history
• Risk/fraud detection by GoKwik

4. COD Confirmation

COD orders may require OTP or WhatsApp confirmation.

Unverified orders may be automatically cancelled.

5. Pricing & Errors

In case of pricing or listing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or modify orders.

6. Intellectual Property

All content (images, logos, text) belongs to Gem Bhagya and cannot be reused without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gem Bhagya is not liable for:

• Delayed deliveries due to courier issues
• Misuse of products
• Astrology-related expectations
