1. Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • Product is damaged/defective
  • Wrong product delivered

 

2. Proof Required

Unboxing video is mandatory for claims

Images/videos must be shared within 48 hours of delivery

 

3. Refund Method

Prepaid orders → refunded to original payment method

COD orders → refunded via bank transfer/UPI

 

4. Timeline

Refund processed within 5–7 business days after approval
