Collection: Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing order

Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

2. COD Order Cancellation

Repeated COD cancellations may lead to:

COD restriction

Prepaid-only access (via GoKwik system)

3. Refund After Cancellation

Prepaid orders → full refund within 5–7 days

4. Failed Deliveries (RTO)

If customer does not accept COD order:

• Future COD orders may be blocked
• Prepaid orders may be required
